How do I find out what my shipping costs are prior to ordering?

Want to know your shipping costs? Just add an item to your Shopping Cart. Your shopping cart will immediately refresh, click the box that says "Shipping Estimate", you will see a box below that says "enter zip code and state to calculate shipping." Simply enter your zip code, state, and hit "Get Estimate" to view shipping cost. You can continue to add items, delete them or change quantities to view the impact to shipping cost.

What is your 24-48 hour shipping guarantee?

We ship 98% of all orders within 24-48 hours. If there is an unexpected problem with an item on your order, we will contact you immediately and offer you the options to make a change or cancel your order entirely if you cannot wait.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico however not to any other foreign countries. We do also ship to APO addresses. We charge actual charges as billed to us by the UPS.

Frozen Food Shipments

We ship most frozen orders out within 2 business days. UPS does not deliver to all areas Saturday and does not deliver at all on Sunday, because of this we only ship frozen orders Monday thru Thursday. During checkout you will have 2 shipping options, next day or second day. These options will include packaging materials, cooler(s), dry ice, and shipping costs. Please note that your order will be delivered 1-2 days after your order leaves our building.

Other important shipping details

If your address information is submitted incorrectly and an address correction required, you will be charged $10 which is the actual charge that UPS imposes to correct an address and redeliver a package.

All packages are shipped UPS ground unless selected otherwise during checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving (Black Friday), Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
