What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and money orders. We do not accept checks. If paying by money order, please call us at 888-763-2738 to place your order so that we can confirm your total.
How do I find out what my shipping costs are prior to ordering?
Want to know your shipping costs? Just add an item to your Shopping Cart. Your shopping cart will immediately refresh and you will see a box below your shopping cart that says “enter zip code to calculate shipping.” Simply enter your zip code and hit “update” to view shipping cost. You can continue to add items, delete them or change quantities to view the impact to shipping cost.
What is your 24-48 hour shipping guarantee?
• We ship all orders within 24-48 hours. If there is an unexpected problem with an item on your order, we will contact you immediately and offer you the options to make a change or cancel your order entirely if you cannot wait.
Other important shipping detail
• If your address information is submitted incorrectly and an address correction required, you will be charged $10 which is the actual charge that UPS imposes to correct an address and redeliver a package.
• All packages are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If your needs are urgent, please notify us in the comments section of your order. We will reply immediately upon receiving your order with expedited options such as overnight, 2 day and 3 day with applicable costs.
• We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
What is your Price Match Guarantee?

Do you ship outside the US?
• We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico however not to any other foreign countries. We do also ship to APO addresses We ship all these orders via USPS. We charge actual charges as billed to us by the USPS. Shipping charges that appear in your shopping cart are not always accurate when shipping to these locations. We will contact you once we receive and review your order to provide you with a quote. You will able to approve the shipping costs, or to cancel your order.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
• On rare occasions, an item will become temporarily unavailable to us without notice. We immediately take those items off our site, but it is possible that a small amount of orders can come through prior to us taking the item off line. In this case, you will be notified immediately of the delay. You will be offered the options to change to another comparable item, have us hold the item on backorder shipping it as soon as it is again available or to cancel your order.
